1. Introduction
Welcome to iPopup, the smart remarketing popup solution designed exclusively for Shopify stores. By installing, subscribing to, or using iPopup, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. About iPopup
iPopup helps Shopify merchants increase revenue from returning visitors by displaying personalized product recommendations based on previously viewed items - without using cookies or external tracking scripts.
3. Service Provider

4. Subscription Plans
We offer flexible subscription options to meet different business needs:
- Monthly Plan: $37 per month (billed by Shopify)
- Annual Plan: $228 per year (equivalent to $19 per month, billed by Shopify)
- Lifetime Plan: €947 one-time payment (billed by Shopify)
5. Lifetime Plan - Specific Terms
Definition of "Lifetime": The period during which iPopup is actively developed and maintained. We guarantee service until December 31, 2030. If iPopup is discontinued before this date, a pro-rata refund will be provided.
6. Free Trial
All subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
7. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed directly by Shopify. iPopup does not store payment data. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via Shopify Admin.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via Shopify Admin. The Lifetime Plan is non-refundable, except in the case of service discontinuation within 24 months of purchase.
9. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance
iPopup is fully GDPR compliant. The application collects only the merchant's contact email and phone number for the purpose of communication regarding the service functionality. No personal data or browsing activity of customers and visitors of the online store are collected. All data is securely stored on the service provider’s servers, with access limited to a restricted group of employees. The provider ensures that no data will be shared with third parties.
10. Service Availability & Support
We strive for 100% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available at support@ipopup.app, with responses typically within 24 business hours.
11. Product Updates & Improvements
Subscribers automatically receive updates and new features to ensure compatibility with Shopify updates.
12. Termination of Service
If you cancel, your access will expire at the end of the billing cycle. Accounts violating Shopify policies may be suspended.
13. Limitation of Liability
iPopup is provided “as is”, without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid within the last 12 months.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be announced via email or in-app notifications.
