No, absolutely not. Every returning visitor will see relevant products in iPopup based on their activity during previous visits.

Not at all. iPopup only shows relevant product recommendations based on the customer’s previous interest. It helps them rediscover products they were already considering purchasing and even find even better alternatives. Additionally, customers can disable the popup by selecting “Do not show again,” which ensures they won’t see it for the next 30 days.

No, iPopup always shows a different product offer to the customer (so that product offers are not repetitive). In the future, iPopup will show products to such a customer based on their behavior during the current visit, or the iPopup will open to them after a longer period of time.

If the customer closes the iPopup, the next popup window will appear after 3 hours at the earliest (but with a different product offer).

Yes, the visitor can select the “never show again” option in the menu.

The iPopup will be displayed for the first time on the visitor's second visit. Most pop-ups will be displayed on the first visit (discount pop-up, newsletter pop-up, etc.). This way, the iPopup will avoid displaying multiple pop-ups at the same time. The minimized iPopup can be placed in 3 different positions (in the settings: left, center, right) so that it does not conflict with the chat icon on your online store.
